Important information

We do not lend if you are currently in a Debt Management Plan or an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) or going through a Debt Relief Order or bankruptc.

You can apply for a top up after you have been repaying your existing loan for 3 months or longer. To work out how much top up you can have we use the calculation - savings balance x2 minus loan balance or x3 minus loan balance if payroll deduction.

We expect members to make regular payments into a savings account as a condition of the loan.

You may cancel your loan within 14 days of issue. You must repay the loan in full together with all unpaid interest which has accrued.

Loans available to UK residents and over 18s only. Subject to status and meeting our lending criteria. ALL applicants must have a current UK address. New members must live or work within a CH postcode.

With the exception of Secured Loans, checks will be made against Credit Referencing & Fraud Prevention Agencies. A search will be registered against your credit record with TransUnion.

If your loan application is successful your information will be shared with these agencies.

We reserve the right to offer a different loan product/amount or to decline your application.
